Match report The match was moved to a Sunday to accommodate an International match at Mannofield. It is always good to get a chance to play at Mannofield, but it is always advisable to turn up with your 'A' game, and execute your skills. Gordonians did neither, and took a bit of a pummeling, skittled out in the 37th over with numerous tame dismissals for 144. The top order all got in but largely got themselves out, notably Karan snicking a ball outside off that he chased one-handed. At one stage it looked like Rahul and Ash would bat out the overs as they looked so comfortable, but Ash played an unnecessary late cut straight in to the keepers gloves and Darri saw his stumps rattled for a duck.
The strong Mannofield batting line up was hardly tested as some woeful fielding was punished and they cantered to 145 for 2 in the 35th over.
