09 Jul 2013

With the season a little over half way done already it pleasing to see that most of the teams are performing well.

The 1st team have had dip in form recently and are currently sitting second bottom in their league. However, there have been some very good results this season and we can be confident the team will pull out all the stops to avoid relegation.

The 2nds are currently mid table in Grade 2 and have played very good cricket under captain Rohit Mahesh. He along with Indy Pandit have picked up some vital wickets recently that have ensured even in defeat the team gather crucial points.

The 3rds are also sitting mid table in Grade 3 and Andrew Dolman has done well to ensure teams have been fielded every week despite difficult selection issues. The 3rds have put in some good displays this season with a number of youngsters coming through as well.

Finally the 4ths are bottom of Grade 3, however, recently the team have done very well in getting competitive teams together and ensuring that youngsters are being given the opportunity to play.

There is still plenty of time in the season to work on results and with  the help of players in the selection process then hopefully we can go on a enjoy another successful season together.

Good Luck.
