Dear All,
I am very pleased to advise you that the online payment system has now gone live for our club. This means that you are able to verify and to pay your annual club subs and match fees online from the website or by using the Hittsports App on your phone. A help sheet that tells you how to make your payments is attached.
Match fees are calculated from the published team sheets for each game and then the games that you have played in are shown in your account so you can verify for yourselves that the amount owed is correct. Games cancelled for weather or that have been scrapped are not charged. For those you that have already paid your annual subscriptions, these have already been logged and you will see a record in the "payments history" section of your account.
Payments made are automatically logged so the club has an accurate record of payments due and payments made, which is a huge timesaver since the previous manual system required much effort to administer. I would be very grateful if you could all now make you payments as soon as possible so that we are able to generate income to pay our facilities hire costs.
If you think that there is an error in any of your fees if you have forgotten your website log in details then please email me ASAP. I'll be getting in touch with anyone not having paid their fees by the end of next week.
