Match report Strathmore is conveniently located not far from McDonalds. No doubt this was a consideration when they decided to site the cricket pitch where they did!
Strathmore batted first and struggled to put runs on the board. Bhalani picked up the big wicket of overseas amateur Shum, and whilst a few of the Strathmore batsmen got a start, wickets fell regularly with Wig cleaning up the tail. 153 all out was going to require an outstanding bowling performance from the home side, and removing Arora and Das for 6 and 4 respectively, was certainly a start. Wig hit a rapid 21, but Saraswat and Ali found boundaries easy to come by and finished unbeaten on 72 and 25 as Gordonians recorded a comfortable win.
